Level 3 Supervising Food Safety (Chartered Institute of Environmental Health).
to be held at the Award Winning Cookery School in Halifax. The Cooking School is the venue for this three day programme, specifically designed to enable Supervisors and Manager to gain an in-depth understanding of the principles, techniques and controls of food safety management.
Learn about: - Implementing appropriate Food Management Systems
- Understanding the concept of hazards and their associate risks
- Appreciating the risks linked to cross contamination Clarifying the role of temperature control in Food Safety
- Operating premises that minimize the risk of food contamination
- Supervising high standards of cleanliness.
The course will be delivered by Debbie Radage who brings with her 30 years experience of the catering industry and a unique understanding of the challenges faced by food producers on a daily basis. Mr Mark Coleman Senior Environmental Health Officer from Calderdale will also host a session to answer any questions and share his experiences from an inspector’s perspective.
